Customer Relations: At 15 Promises, you receive what you expect from a leader, that is, a follower of Mary who leads us to her Son. We give it our all to make His values, our values. We want satisfied customers who visually, spiritually, and commercially enjoy shopping with us.
Satisfaction & Warranty: If you aren't satisfied, we aren't either and want to improve your experience. If you make a return within 30 days, the cost of the item will be refunded or a credit toward an exchange can be given. No reason necessary for returns, but please contact us before shipping the item. If you will share the reason, we want to learn from your experience. Even with the most diligent inspection and "tug-checks", accidents happen and components sometimes fail. In the unfortunate and unlikely event a repair to one of our handmade rosaries is required, it will be available free of charge for five years. Replacement parts may possibly require an at-cost charge, as reasonable, if unique or difficult to obtain.
About Gemstones: Gemstones make exquisite rosaries designed to appeal to our sense of art, appreciation for the gifts with which God abundantly blessed the earth, draw us to a higher desire to hold this precious sacramental in our hands, reflect, meditate, and pray. Gemstones can be both exquisite and flawed, breathtakingly beautiful if cut, polished, and perfect to the eye, but often surprisingly magnificent in their natural state, not "good enough" to be cut and polished into a jeweler's gem.
Handle your gemstone rosary with reasonable care. I constantly search for a better way to construct my rosaries with heirloom durability in mind. I occasionally re-tool my methods, materials, and equipment in my efforts to construct rosaries for you that will remain a treasure for years to come. Each gemstone rosary comes with a care and handling card to help avoid accidental damage.
Privacy Policy: We neither collect nor distribute personally identifiable information by any electronic means without your voluntary submission. Generic codes of search engines, such as Google, etc., are important to gauge effectiveness of advertising, but collect no personally identifiable information. Our financial transactions are conducted solely through PayPal, which provides security in the conduct of sales and purchases. 15 Promises does not have access to your financial data.
